My haster has a lump on the side of its back with some hair loss. I thinking that it may be leaving its scent around its cage by rubbing and the lump is a gland. Is this correct? or should I taket..

I have been noticing that my hamster has some hair gone from it's back. I see it scratching it sometimes and wonder if it's something that I am doing wrong. Could it be that I am not changing beddin..

My Hamster has two areas where it fur is hanging out longer than normal as if he loosing it. Is that normal?
